 January in the Library In Library classes we talked about Martin Luther King Day - Who was Martin Luther King?  Checked out our favorite books to read on these long winter nights.   5/6 We continue to share books we are reading and enjoying. And I brought back First Chapter Friday. We are adding our names to the Golden Dome bulletin board, I am so proud of how many books are getting read this year.  We continue to strengthen our digital citizenship skills.  And we love doing breakout games! 3/4 We are reading all the Red Clover Nominees. Adding our names to the Golden Dome bulletin board. We learned about some inventors in our Breakout Game. And strengthen our digital citizenship skills.  December in the Library Fifth and Six Graders Enjoyed taking a tour of Holidays Around the World and solving the Breakout box. Great Job everyone! Third and Fourth-grade students explored the differences between Fiction and Non-Fiction books.  They then had a chance to do a Breakout box challenge.  Two groups successfully broke out of the box. Congratulations to them! First and Second-grade students worked on winter-themed stations - Animal Track match, Bingo, winter e-books, chrome tablets winter STEM bitmoji room, legos, and lock of the day Breakout puzzles and of course, are checking out books! Kindergarten students also did winter stations, Animal Track match, Bingo, winter e-books, chrome tablets winter STEM bitmoji room. They are learning to solve some of the locks of the days in Breakout  and of course, are checking out books!
